**As of April 13th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Shelly and Sands for $283,113.35.** Sealed bids will be received for resurfacing of township roads. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested. Bid prices are to remain firm for 60 days after bids are opened. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Sealed Bid for Road Resurfacing. The Marion Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, and to accept the bid or part it deems most favorable to the township after the bids have been examined and checked. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Marion Township Fiscal Officer or on the township website.
