Bids are requested for the "Garden City Community College - Technical Center New Facility" at 712 Campus Drive, Garden City, KS. Contractors must submit Bid Proposals by 2:00 PM Local Time, March 31, 2026, at the GCCC Administration Building - President's Conference Room, 801 Campus Drive, Garden City, KS. Bid Proposals will be opened publicly at the above stated time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, certified check, or other security in the amount of 5% of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Attendance at the Prebid Meeting is required for prime bidders and will be held at 2:00 PM Local Time on March 16, 2026, at the GCCC Administration Building - President's Conference Room. Only bids from prime bidders represented on the Prebid Meeting sign-in sheet will be accepted. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend the Prebid Meeting.
