The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administrative and inspection services for upgrades to Lift Station 66 and Lift Station 77. This includes the installation of new force and gravity sewer mains located in the right of way. The project site is located in the north Phoenix area from Loop 303 and 51st Avenue to Cave Creek Road and Loop 101. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $15 million. Interested consultants are strongly recommended to attend the pre-submittal meeting. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted through the City's e-Procurement Portal, and consultants must be registered as vendors in the portal to submit.
