Refer to the Régie document for the date of the site visit, not mandatory. The contractor or his subcontractor must, at the time of submission and during the work, be officially recognized as a roofing contractor authorized by the manufacturer of waterproofing materials and be a member in good standing of the "Association des Maîtres Couvreurs du Québec" (AMCQ). Summary description of the work: - Replacement of a ventilation system in the gymnasium area (new unit on the existing roof): - Mechanical/electrical interventions to complete the installation and connection of a new ventilation system. - Architectural interventions on the roof for the sealing of the envelope and on the ceiling (modifications of dividing curtains). - Structural interventions to plan the integration and support of the ventilation unit on the existing roof.
