Lawn care, mowing, and grass cutting professionals are invited to submit their qualifications and proposals to provide calendar year 2026 grass cutting services for the City of Hillsboro, City of Nokomis, City of Cofeen, and/or City of Witt. Proposals must be submitted using the provided Submittal Form and received by the specified deadline. Proposals must remain valid for 60 days and may not be withdrawn after the deadline. Contractors must pay not less than prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under any awarded contract, in compliance with the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. Pricing should be provided for both prevailing wage and non-prevailing wage jobs, if applicable. Each City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in bidding. Submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
