Renovation of a retail development in Menasha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The City of Menasha is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assist in removing known environmental hazards found at 325 Broad Street, Menasha, WI. The project consists of a Lump Sum proposal for Contractor Services to perform the following Scope of Work: Base 1: - Thermal Systems Insulation (basement): 12 LF - Light fixture heat shields: 9 SF (9 fixtures) - Fire Stop paper (basement): 12 SF - Electrical Box components: 15 SF - Linoleum (Bar Area Foot rest): 75 SF Alternate 1 to include Base 1: - 12" VCT with mastic (basement): 735 SF A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the building for walkthrough and questions. Proposals must be submitted to the City of Menasha Community Development Department, Attention: Andrew Dane, or by email.
