All activities will be under the direction of the Executive Director of the Simpson County Development Foundation. The scope of work includes finish mowing of all turf areas designated as lawn, bushhogging of other designated turf areas, and edging and trimming of turf areas along roads, ditches, and existing structures on the property. The schedule for all grounds maintenance activities will be directed by the Executive Director. Bidders must submit written, sealed bids. The Simpson County Development Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
