Site work for a water / sewer project in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of traffic control, saw cutting of asphalt, demolition of existing drainage pipes, installation of new drainage pipe and inlets, adjustment of water and sewer mains, erosion control, asphalt patching, and other items of work as called for in the contract documents for a completed project. Bidders are instructed to obtain a Vendor Number by registering as a Town of Collierville vendor. The Vendor Number must be referenced when requesting a bid copy and on the Bid Response Form. Complete bid packages are available from the Procurement Division and should be requested in advance by email or phone. Interested parties may also visit the Procurement Division’s Bid and RFP webpage for solicitation information and to obtain the project’s official bid/RFP distribution form. The completed distribution form should be returned by facsimile or email. For questions about the Vendor Number, contact the Procurement Division by phone. The TOWN will not orally interpret the meaning of the plans, specifications or other BID DOCUMENTS. BIDDERS must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of BID DOCUMENTS in writing to the TOWN's PROCUREMENT MANAGER or FINANCE DIRECTOR or his/her designated Procurement Specialist.
