The County of San Diego is seeking bids from firms interested in providing solid waste recycle services. The request for bid consists of five Lots/Regions: North (Region 1), Central (Region 2), South (Region 3), East (Region 4), and North Inland (Region 5). The County intends to award one contract per Lot/Region. The basis of award will be the total bid price per lot, and offerors should respond to those lots for which they desire to be considered for award. Offerors must respond to all items within a lot to be considered for award of that lot. The contract term is anticipated to be an initial (base) period of one year with four one-year options.
