Site work for a water / sewer project in New Braunfels, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Members and Customer have experienced and/or are currently experiencing rapid growth and increased water demands and are currently planning Capital Improvements that will provide more operational capabilities and flexibilities in their individual systems. CRWA is in need of an Operational Master Plan that will treat the individual systems and the CRWA system as one and provide an operational strategy. The selected Firm will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Operational Master Plan that identifies and defines strategies to effectively accommodate the needs of all CRWA Members and its Customer served by each CRWA facility. The scope of services for each facility includes, but is not necessarily limited to, analysis of existing water system infrastructure; study of current water demands and operational patterns; evaluation of projected water demands; recommendations for immediate improvements to improve system efficiency and reliability; assessment of all water resources currently available; development of an operational strategy to maximize service reliability and consistency; assessment of planned capital improvement projects; evaluation of timelines for capital improvements; development of a comprehensive schedule identifying all improvements and their impacts; development of a comprehensive Operational Master Plan including all current demands and recommendations for operational strategies; and presentation of the OMP to Owner, Member, and Customer governing bodies. Respondents are to submit five hard/paper copies of the SOQ and a searchable PDF copy on a flash drive in the same envelope as the hard copies. All SOQ submissions shall be enclosed in a sealed and plainly marked envelope and delivered to the Canyon Regional Water Authority on or before the date and time set to receive the SOQ submission. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure mailed SOQ submission is received on or before the due date. CRWA reserves the right to reject any or all SOQ submittals.
