Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Upper Kennetcook, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be completed under this contract is the construction of Cell 4 at the East Hants C&D Landfill. It includes but is not limited to the following: construction of Cell 4 and associated site infrastructure, including roadways, drainage features, and sediment and erosion controls; hauling, placement, grading, and compaction of landfill liner system; restoration of all disturbed surfaces and services; and all related work and incidentals associated with the above work including traffic control. If Owner considers that correction, explanation or interpretation is necessary; a written addendum will be issued. All addenda will form part of the Contract Documents.
