The Municipality intends to create a Standing Offer list for engineering, design, engineering study, and construction inspection services of Municipal linear infrastructure, including water distribution, sewer collection, stormwater management, roads, sidewalks, pathways, trails, and other AT infrastructure systems. Designs and specifications for assignments under this Standing Offer must be prepared in accordance with the latest editions of the Municipal Standard Specifications, the Municipality of the County of Kings Municipal Specification Manual, the Atlantic Canada Water and Wastewater Design Guidelines, and industry best practices. The Standing Offer list will be in effect for three years. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
