The work consists of the furnish and installation of landscape improvements, wayfinding signage, masonry sign wall, and all associated project elements. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to City of Salyersville in an amount not less than the percent of the base bid indicated in Specification Section C-200, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Security. All bidders must be registered in SAM.GOV and include their UEI and EIN numbers with their bid. Bidders must comply with President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, Section 109, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 3, and Segregated Facilities, which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, and family characteristics of persons and households. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Women-Owned Small Business contractors are encouraged to bid. The City of Salyersville may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with this advertisement and/or the Specifications and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids.
