This is the primary procurement of the Airport Pavement Marking scope for Phase 2 of the C Concourse Expansion (CCE). CCE is an expansion of the existing C1 building located near the center of the airports main terminal at the base of the C wing near gates C2, C3 and D1. The existing three-story building will receive a four story addition consisting of additional retail, office and back of house services related to ramp operations, security and housekeeping. The project exists in a logistically challenging location, bounded on all sides by active airport operations and/or passenger movement. This procurement will inform the Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) Agreement between Turner Construction and the Port of Seattle. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
