Provide preventative maintenance plumbing drainage system services for the Northern Navajo Medical Center. Work includes all services identified in Attachment A - Draft Statement of Work and is intended to maintain the facilitys plumbing drainage systems in proper operating condition. Capable Indian-owned economic enterprises, both large and small, as well as other qualified firms, are invited to respond. Information submitted will be used for market research to determine acquisition strategy under the Buy Indian Act and applicable small business programs. Responses must include company profile information, business size and socioeconomic status, capability statements related to the requirement, and relevant past performance or established contract vehicles. Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian-owned Economic Enterprises must also provide a completed IHS IEE Representation Form. Registration in SAM.gov is required at the time of submission and award. Location: Northern Navajo Medical Center, Highway 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
