Bids are being accepted to provide maintenance, repair, installation, or alteration to various types of plumbing systems including, but not limited to, water heaters, water supply lines, and sewer systems. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials in order to fulfill the obligations of this contract. The instructions specify that these are the only approved instructions to be used for the bid and any exceptions must be submitted in writing. Leon County reserves the right to reject any bid which fails to meet mandatory requirements, does not comply with the specifications, or exceeds budgetary expectations. Bidders must submit all required forms and documentation. Any catalog, brand name or manufacturer’s reference used is descriptive—not restrictive; bids on brands of like nature and quality will be considered. If offering other than specified brands, bidders must provide manufacturer, brand or trade name, lot number, illustrations and complete descriptions. If no exception is taken, bidder must furnish brands and numbers as specified.
