Legal Notice is hereby given that Verdex Construction, LLC (Construction Manager) for Florida Atlantic University (Owner), is seeking subcontractor bids for FAU Boca Raton Campus Rec Center Renovation Phase II. This project includes interior renovations to existing basketball courts, corridors, admin office space, equipment storage room, and cycle studio. Divisions needed: 01 Final Cleaning, 02 Demo, 06 Millwork, 08 Doors, 09 Flooring, 09 Painting, 09 Acoustical Ceiling, 09 Wall Coverings, 09 Drywall & Framing, 10 Specialties, 15 Plumbing, 15 Mechanical, 15 Fire Protection, 16 Electrical. All proposals exceeding $150,000 in cost for a single trade must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and shall be received by Verdex Construction, LLC at 1501 Belvedere Road, Suite 200, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. Proposals must be received by our team before 12:00 PM on March 23rd, 2026. A sealed bid opening will be held at FAU after this deadline TBD.
