College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is seeking proposal responses from qualified Design-Build Firms for the design and construction/installation of District-Wide HVAC Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Projects, as detailed in Exhibit A. The Owner intends to enter into a Design-Build Contract with a firm to complete the project scope in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 2269, Subchapter G, and as outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), including all instructions, terms, conditions, and requirements/specifications provided in the solicitation.
