Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; medical facility; and educational facility.

Qualified sub-contractors and suppliers may submit bids to Petree Construction, the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), for multiple bid packages involving renovations to vacant space for a new Medical Wing at ICTC Muskogee, Building A Health Wing. The work includes new flooring, acoustic ceilings, framing, doors, frames, glass and glazing, sheetrock, painting, demolition, plumbing, and electrical upgrades with specific bid packages for doors, hardware, specialties, installation, glass & glazing, framing, sheetrock finishing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, painting, plumbing, electrical & fire alarm, demolition, concrete, HVAC, spray foam insulation, masonry, rough carpentry, and millwork. All work must comply with Title 61 as adopted by the State of Oklahoma for public bidding projects where CMAR is adopted. Bidders must be properly licensed, able to obtain insurance and bonds, and follow the requirements set out in the instructions to bidders. Bid security is required for bids exceeding $100,000, including a 5% bid bond and cost of payment and performance bonds in the base bid. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. All plans and specifications must be obtained from Petree Construction to be placed on the bidders list and receive any addenda. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
