Site work for a water / sewer project in Highland Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the 24"/27" Sanitary Sewer Line Manhole Replacement in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Bids must be clearly identified and accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or a bid bond for five percent of the total maximum bid price. The Contractor's Certificate of Insurance must bind the insurance to add the City as an additional insured, state specific cancellation/non-renewal provisions, be from carriers licensed in Texas with a certain rating, and include workers' compensation. Plans and bidding documents are available online or at the engineer's office for a non-refundable fee. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality. Bidders must supply all required information. Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds (for two years) are required, each for 100% of the contract amount. No city officer or employee may have a financial interest in any contract with the City of Highland Village. Question Deadline 03/26/2026
