Sealed bids are requested for the supply of treatment chemicals for use in three Water Production Plants. Submit one marked original and two exact duplicates of the executed offer on the provided Bidding Form. Bids must be fully sealed in an envelope, with bidder’s information and the project name and number marked on both the sealed envelope and any courier package. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informality in bids received, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City. Eligible and certified bidders are encouraged to participate. Instructions to bidders include requirements for packaging, marking, and proper submission of bid packets. Bidding documents can be obtained by email, from specified online sources, or picked up at the designated city offices.
