Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Sanitary Lateral Replacement Project Bid No. 2026-01 for the Town of Irondequoit, Monroe County, New York, as per plans and specifications prepared by the Bureau of Public Works of Rochester, New York. Specifications and proposal forms are available at the office of the Commissioner of Public Works. Instructions to bidders include: All bids must be accompanied by a signed and sealed certificate of non-collusion; bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the word BID and a description of the item on the envelope. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, or make an award to other than the low bidder. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.B.E.) are encouraged to submit bids. The Town seeks a contract from the time this contract is awarded by the Irondequoit Town Board until construction is completed by October 1, 2026 and restoration completed by December 1, 2026 .
