Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hickory Creek, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
As of May 18, 2026, the project was awarded to Tejas Cutters, LLC, with an awarded amount of $2,094,946.35. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the reconstruction of Point Vista Road, from Point Vista Estates to Stamford Drive. Work includes open and closed drainage improvements at various locations of the project. The scope of work includes concrete pavement, asphalt mill & overlay, sidewalks, storm drain pipe and culverts, headwalls, ditches, erosion control, earthwork, traffic control, pavement markings, and signage. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on the provided bid form, marked with the firm's name and the project information. A bid bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each bid. The Town reserves the right to accept the lowest responsible bid, reject any or all bids, and waive irregularities. No bids may be withdrawn for one hundred twenty (120) days after the closing time without written approval.
