Generator maintenance, load bank testing, and inspection services are required for one base year with four option years. Work includes a 2,000-hour preventive maintenance service in the base year only, semi-annual generator preventive maintenance inspections, annual load bank testing and preventive maintenance procedures, and biennial generator preventive maintenance procedures. Annual transfer switch inspections and maintenance, including ATS, MTS, and tap-boxes, are required for the Lyons campus. Unscheduled repairs require an emergency call-back response within two hours of VA request, with on-site work beginning within four hours if the issue cannot be corrected by phone. Services apply to the generators and transfer switches listed for both the East Orange and Lyons campuses.
