All work must be carried out in accordance with the specifications set out in this request for proposals and the applicable standards. Hydro-Quebec does not grant the supplier exclusive rights to carry out the works. Hydro-Quebec reserves the right to have works of the same nature carried out by other suppliers. The scope of the contract is not limited to work on Hydro-Quebec's distribution network; it also includes construction and modification work on municipal infrastructure and specific requirements within buildings or on the facilities of Hydro-Quebec's Trans-Energie division (work inside substations) *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
