This requirement is for a standing offer for concrete and miscellaneous repairs throughout HRM. HRM intends to award standing offers to the 3 highest scoring compliant submissions, with the highest scoring being the primary, second the secondary, and third the tertiary. The Standing Offer will be for a period of 2 years, plus 2 additional 1-year option periods. These option periods are to be exercised at the sole discretion of HRM. Bid submissions must be made online. Bid Opportunity notices and awards and a free preview of the bid documents is available on the site free of charge without registration. Some documents may be secured and bidder registration may be required to download and view them.
