Taber & District Housing Foundation (the "Owner") is inviting Proposals for an As Required Construction Management Services firm (the Proponent) to work with the Owner, its consultants and trade contractors in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein for Clearview Lodge Expansion & Modernization project. The Owner requires an experienced Construction Manager capable of delivering the work in a careful, transparent, and risk-managed manner suitable for an occupied seniors' environment.
