Demolition, site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Greenfield, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the removal of two pedestrian bridges and abutments, and construction of two new pre-fabricated bridges, abutments, and related work. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. The City of Greenfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the City after all bids have been examined and canvassed. The City of Greenfield also reserves the right to evaluate bids with approved bridge substitutions, and may favor a shorter schedule over lowest bid price. Question Deadline 03/31/2026
