Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replacement of the iDXA scanner, minor architectural renovations, installation of a ceiling-mounted patient lift, and required electrical and data upgrades are needed in Room C211 of Building 1 at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. Work includes furnishing all supervision, labor, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the project. All services must comply with applicable regulations, codes, and standards, including VA, OSHA, and NIST requirements. The contractor shall provide all components and activities required for conduit, cabling, terminations, and testing. Changes under the resulting contract will follow FAR 52.243-5 (DEVIATION JUL 2025), VAAR 852.243-70, and applicable procedures in FAR 43, VAAR 843, and VAAM M843, with final decisions made by the Contracting Officer. Eligible offerors must be SDVOSBs certified in the SBA certification database at the time of quote submission and award and must comply with all SBA requirements including the nonmanufacturer rule and limitations on subcontracting.
