The Indianapolis Housing Hub is a four-story capital project located at the intersection of Shelby and Georgia Streets, designed to serve as a centralized, low-barrier resource center and emergency shelter. Slated for completion in early 2027, this facility features a modern architectural structure, providing 150 beds for individuals, couples, and families. With exterior construction featuring dual parking lots with one located at the North and one at the South of the building. This multi-use development incorporates a high-traffic day center operated by Goodwill Horizon House and overnight facilities operated by Aspire. The building includes administrative offices for staff and dedicated spaces for other healthcare and training services. All subcontractors are required to review all contract documents to assure they are bidding a complete work scope. It is not acceptable to claim additional cost for items missed during thebid that may not be indicated in what is considered a typical location.
