The project involves the installation of hot mix asphalt, in the approximate amount of 14,000 square feet with a 3-inch thickness at the Warehouse Complex. The installation must include any necessary surface grading and re-compacting to complete the requested asphalt installation. The objective is to create and maintain a solid working surface suitable for daily operations, such as the loading and unloading of full-size trucks and trailers, ensuring the surface does not sink into the soft dirt currently present. The specific scope of work includes: _ Removing and grading the existing dirt surface of the specified 14,000 sq ft area at the Warehouse Complex. _ Relocating the existing propane tank and concrete barriers during grading, by West Plains Propane & City workers, until asphalt installation is completed. _ Re-compacting all areas deemed necessary before installing the hot mix asphalt. _ Installing hot mix asphalt at a 3-inch thickness over the entire 14,000 sq ft surface. _ Disposing of any excess dirt or hot mix not usable within the project's scope. _ Cleaning up and sweeping the jobsite to professional specifications for final completion.
