Major work includes: Remove Bituminous Driveway Pavement (682 SF), Salvage Bituminous Pavement (69,103 SY), Aggregate Surfacing Special (2,284 TON), Aggregate Base Class 5 (5,400 TON), Mill Bituminous Surface at 4.0" and 6.0" (68,440 SY), Milled Sinusoidal Rumble Strips-Intermittent (49,394 LF), Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course (3,C) (14,624 TON), Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course (3,C) (14,502 TON), Type SP 12.5 Non-Wearing Course (3,C) (10,593 TON), Pavement Markings (81,408 LF). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Sherburne County online bid portal. All bids must include a bid bond for at least 5% of the bid amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within 15 days of the submission deadline. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities or minor irregularities. Access to the plans and specifications requires a user ID and password, available from Public Works. The cost to submit a bid is payable to RT Vision. The County Board will consider award of the contract at the April 21, 2026 County Board Meeting contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review.
