SP 071-070-050 Edgeline Striping & Rumble Strips - Various County Roads, Sherburne County The work consists of edgeline striping and the installation of milled rumble strips along various county roads in Sherburne County. The major quantities of work include 230 units of milled rumble strips and 858,221 linear feet of pavement markings. Electronic bids are to be submitted. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least five percent of the bid amount. Contractors are subject to predetermined minimum wage rates, must comply with the Work Hours Act of 1962 and relevant regulations, and meet requirements for equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination. Contractors with more than 40 full-time employees must have a compliance certificate from the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. The contract incorporates affirmative action requirements and the project has a Race Gender Neutral (0%) DBE Goal. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
