The purpose is to obtain competitive pricing for a contractor to remove, repair, or install a total of thirty-five regulatory waterway markers to post boating safety and manatee protection zones within Levy County, Florida. All work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. The work is governed by all contract documents referenced, attached, or received as a result of submitting the Confidentiality Exemption Form. These may include modifications, agreements, addenda, terms and conditions, invitations to bid, drawings and specifications, and permits. The technical specifications and construction plans are available upon submitting a completed Confidentiality Exemption Form to the specified contact email. Instructions specify that all submissions must reference the bid number, and must be received prior to the designated deadline at the specified mailing address.
