The purpose is to obtain competitive pricing for a contractor to remove, repair, or install a total of thirty-five regulatory waterway markers to post boating safety and manatee protection zones within Levy County, Florida. All work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. The work is governed by all contract documents referenced, attached, or received as a result of submitting the Confidentiality Exemption Form. These may include modifications, agreements, addenda, terms and conditions, invitations to bid, drawings and specifications, and permits. The technical specifications and construction plans are available upon submitting a completed Confidentiality Exemption Form to the specified contact email. Instructions specify that all submissions must reference the bid number, and must be received prior to the designated deadline at the specified mailing address. Submissions after the public opening date and time will not be accepted. Question Deadline 03/23/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline for questions must be received prior to this date and time. Any questions from Bidders concerning this project that require the Commission to provide an official answer shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager.
