Description

The Louisville Metro Housing Authority is requesting proposals from interested architectural firms to provide services in connection with the above-referenced contract. In summary, this contract consists of providing architectural services to the LMHA for various projects on an as needed basis, and as described on "Section IV" and elsewhere in this document. The contract shall be on an hourly basis only for services requested and rendered. The original 1-year contractmay be extended up to four one-year periods, at LMHA's option. This provision exists solely for LMHA's convenience. If LMHA exercises the option, theArchitectural Firm and LMHA shall, during the optionperiod, remain mutually obligated and continue performing as provided under the original term, as described in this document.
