SCOPE OF WORK. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The work consists of removing and replacing the existing storm drain inlet structure with a larger capacity structure, upsizing the downstream storm drain from 27 RCP to 42 RCP, removal and replacement of Asphalt Concrete (AC), Crushed Aggregate Base (CAB), Decompose Granite (DG) and Geo-textile fabric, removal and replacement of equestrian fencing and pavement striping. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations.
