Professional engineering services are required on a continuing basis for the Bellaviva Community Development District located in the City of Haines City, Polk County, Florida. The selected engineering firm will serve as the District Engineer, providing general engineering services as well as services related to the design and construction administration for the District's capital improvement plan. One or more firms may be selected to provide these services on an ongoing basis. Applicants must hold all necessary licenses, be authorized to do business in Florida, and submit a Qualification Statement on Standard Form No. 330, including information about their professional personnel, minority business enterprise status, ability to meet time and budget requirements, relevant past experience, geographic location, and current/prospective workload. Applicants must also identify the specific individual responsible for handling District meetings and tasks. Applicants are to submit both an electronic and hard copy of their qualifications by the stated deadline. Selection and ranking will be conducted in line with Florida law and specified evaluation criteria, with contract negotiations proceeding in ranked order. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Qualification Statements, and will not reimburse any costs associated with preparing or submitting the statements. Any protest regarding this request or the evaluation criteria must be filed in writing within the specified time frames, and a protest bond is required when filing a protest.
