The City of Ladue, Missouri is accepting bids for the replacement of the Ladue Police Department HVAC system. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked Ladue Police Department HVAC Replacement Project. Plans and specifications may be obtained from Drexel Technologies, with a non-refundable fee charged. All on-site employees must complete a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program or similar approved program within sixty days of beginning work. The successful bidder will be required to execute the City Contract Agreement contained in the bid documents. Minority Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided and signed by an authorized officer. No partial or incomplete bids will be accepted. Prevailing wages according to the current Missouri State Department of Labor Relations must be paid. Bids must be accompanied by a bid surety in the form of a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the bid total.
