Description

Site work for an educational facility in Honeoye, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for General Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, and Site Contracts for the Honeoye Central School District 2024 Capital Improvement Project. Bidders may examine the Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions and Supplements, Drawings, and Specifications at designated locations. Bid documents can be obtained from the Architect's office upon a refundable deposit. A Bid Bond or Certified Check for 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid, serving as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. Bidders shall not withdraw their bids for 45 days after the bid opening. Requirements regarding conditions of employment and minimum wage rates must be met. The District reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or accept the bid deemed in its best interest. Contract award is subject to approval by the New York State Education Department and the Commissioner of Education. Work is to commence promptly after contracts are signed and be diligently prosecuted thereafter.
