Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hi Nella, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract shall include asphalt paving milling and overlay , concrete curb and sidewalk replacement , stormwater pipe & system replacement , sanitary sewer pipe replacement , and all appurtenant work as indicated in the bid documents . Minnetonka Road from Circle to Somerdale Road Bidders must submit a proposal guarantee (certified check, cashiers check, or surety bid bond) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder's maximum bid price, but not to exceed $20,000, with each bid. A performance bond equal to 100% of the bid will be required prior to contract award. Proposals may be withdrawn up to the opening of bids, but the proposals of the three lowest bidders shall not be withdrawn for sixty days following the bid opening. Successful bidders must comply with New Jersey Public Law 1975, Chapter 127 (non-discrimination in employment) and the State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, P.L. 1963, c. 150 and all amendments. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality, defects, or irregularities in the bids.
