Renovation of a fire / police facility in Nixa, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 2,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
As of April 29, 2026, project is canceled. Project is no longer needed. The Nixa Fire Protection District is soliciting bids and qualifications for the HVAC Replacement project at the Training Center, 711 N. Main St., Nixa, MO. Sealed bids and Statements of Qualifications must be received at the Nixa Fire Protection District's Headquarters. Project specifications may be obtained from District Headquarters or by request. Site visits can be arranged by appointment. Contractors must provide proof of liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted to: Whitney Weaver, Assistant Chief wweaver@nixafire.gov (417) 725-7314 Responses to material questions will be issued to all prospective bidders via written addendum. No oral clarifications shall be binding. A pre-bid site visit is optional but strongly encouraged.
