The work includes selective demolition, structural support to mechanical/HVAC equipment and systems, laboratory fume hood replacement and ventilation system modifications, electrical conduit, wires, panels and devices. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage requirements by the California Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") and the San Francisco Office of Labor Standards Enforcement. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid for a public works project and no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the DIR per California Labor Code Section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under California Labor Code Section 1771.1(a)]. The Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
