Purchase And Installation Of Warehouse Overhead Doors At West Transfer Station East Transfer Station And Cargo Dock 15 - Windows/Doors The scope of work generally consists of removal, purchase, and installation of new overhead roll-up doors at three warehouses: West Transfer Station, East Transfer Station, and Cargo Dock 15. This is a lump sum contract. Bidders must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total bid amount. Performance and Payment Bonds are required upon execution of the contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount. One original signed bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked accordingly and addressed as specified. Bids may not be faxed or emailed, and those sent by express mail must be in a sealed envelope inside the mailing package.
