A bid bond shall comply with LA-R.S. 38:2218 and 38:2219. Slidell Memorial Hospital reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Winning bid is subject to Slidell Memorial Hospital's Board of Commissioner's acceptance and approval.
