Demolition and renovation of a residential development in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for the renovation of a residential development.
Pulaski County is requesting competitive sealed bids to establish a contract for demolition of condemned property according to specified conditions and specifications. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is received by the Pulaski County Purchasing Department on or before the specified date and time. Only responses received through the designated application will be accepted, and offers by telephone, telegram, fax, or mail will not be considered. Bidders are not allowed to withdraw or modify bids after the response date and time. Award of the bid is contingent upon appropriation of funds by the Pulaski County Quorum Court. Bidders must read and comply with all terms and standard conditions. Delivery time may be a determining factor for award, and bidders should list the earliest possible completion date. If specific brand names are referenced, equivalent products from other manufacturers will be considered as long as the minimum standard is met. Objections to specifications must be submitted by email at least seventy-two hours before the bid close date.
