Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Pulaski County is requesting competitive sealed bids to establish a contract for demolition of condemned property according to specified conditions and specifications. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the bid is received by the Pulaski County Purchasing Department on or before the specified date and time. All aspects of the bid must be completed. Bids received by any means other than the specified application will be rejected. Offers by telephone, telegram, fax, or mail will not be accepted. Bidders cannot withdraw or modify bids after the response date and time. The award is contingent upon appropriation of funds by the Pulaski County Quorum Court. Bidders must read and comply with all terms and standard conditions. Delivery time may influence award decisions. Bidders should list the earliest possible completion date. If a brand name is specified, it sets a minimum standard, not a preference for specific brands; equivalent products will be considered. Objections to specifications must be submitted by email seventy-two hours before the bid close date. Complete descriptive literature should be submitted with the bid, or the bid may be rejected.
