Sealed bids are invited for the South Tower Façade Renovation for the Housing Authority in Springfield, Missouri, Project No. CFP# MO016P05850125E. Bidders must agree to enter into contract on the provided form to complete all specified work if their bid is accepted. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Maintenance Superintendent of the Housing Authority of Springfield. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding process. The Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites proposals from Minority and Women-Owned Contractors. Construction Documents may be obtained or emailed by contacting Oke-Thomas + Associates, Inc.; hard copies are available to General Contractors with a refundable deposit, while snail-mailed documents require a non-refundable handling fee.
