Bid on Reinforced Concrete/Metal Pipe/Corrugated/Aluminized pipe/Flood Gates/ Bridge panels and Pilings. The intent is to furnish Reinforced Concrete / Bituminous Coated or Aluminized Coated Corrugated Metal and Ultra Flow Aluminized Coated Pipe, Flood Gates and Bridge Panels of the specified sizes and types for a specified period. Items must meet Arkansas Highway Department Specifications as set forth in Section 606, Sub-sections 606.01, 606.02, 606.03, 606.04, and 606.05. Reinforced concrete pipe and flared end sections must be manufactured in accordance with AASHTO M 170 or ASTM C 76, with tongue and groove joints for a uniform exterior, no extended bells. All materials must have the appropriate Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department stamp. All pipe is subject to rejection if it fails any specification requirements, including specific faults enumerated. Bidders may bid on all or any portion. Delivery is to any site within the city limits. All six pages of the bid must be returned for the bid to be complete. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any portion of any bid. The bid must be signed, with the bid number annotated on the outside of the bidder’s envelope. Any damage during delivery is the bidder’s responsibility. Plugs and ram-nek are to be included in the price.
