Sealed bids are being received for Contract #1d - Electrical for the 2025 Bond Referendum. All bid envelopes must clearly state, on the face of the sealed envelope, the words 'April 14, 2026, Bid for 2025 Bond Referendum, Contract #1' along with the prime contract number and suffix being bid on, and the name and address of the bidder. No bids will be accepted after 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Complete bidding documents, drawings, and specifications can be obtained as a digital download at LAN.BIDDYHQ.COM under 'public projects' or as hard copies from Biddy c/o Lohrius Blueprint, 226 Newtown Road, Plainview, NY 11803, for a refundable deposit. Only contract documents obtained through the designated websites will identify a prospective bidder as an official plan holder. All bid addenda will be distributed via email to registered plan holders and will be available online. Technical questions should be directed to LAN. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the main entrance to the Bronxville School.
