Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors to provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment for routine and emergency parkway tree removal, and stump grinding at various locations throughout the Village, all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Document No. PW-2627-08. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions and detailed Specifications. All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid proposal packets. Bid plans and prequalification forms are available on the Village’s website. Once reviewed and approved, an electronic bid proposal packet will be sent via email to approved bidders. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the specified location and marked accordingly. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
